I need my ordered items fast, what can I do?

We are can offer EXPRESS shipping option for selected countries for an extra fee (depending on the weight of shipment). For more information contact us directly via email.

Will I have to pay any sales tax?

Usually, our products are not subject to duties, taxes, and levies. However, we cannot guarantee the duty-free tax rate for any of the products. The buyer of the product is responsible for covering all the duties, taxes and levies if they occur and if they are applicable in their territory.

I received just some products from my order. Is it possible that other products got lost in the shipping process?

Our products are handled by different suppliers. If you order multiple products, it may happen that you receive them separately. This is normal procedure and please allow between 15-45 days (in general) for your whole order to arrive. You will be provided with the tracking number as soon as we finish processing your order. What payment methods do you accept?

We are accepting all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank deposits in USD, EUR, and GBP as well. You can select your preferred method during the checkout process.

What currencies can I pay?

Prices in our store are shown respectively in: USD, EUR, and GBP. However, you can pay in any local currency and the paid amount will be automatically converted to USD, which is the main currency of our store.

We restock items that are sold out. However, we reserve the right to not restock the item if we find it not suitable anymore for our shop (for example older collections).
