Refund policy


- We guarantee the delivery of the order up to maximum 60 days since the start of the shipping process. If your order arrives later or does not arrive at all we will refund the full amount paid for the order.

- We guarantee the size accuracy (max 2-3 cm difference in the clothing collection) of the all products listed in our shop. If the received product does not meet the size standard as described on the website, we will refund the full amount paid for the product.

- We guarantee the color accuracy of all products in our shop (please note that due to room lighting some colors may appear slightly different than in product shots). If you receive by mistake a differently colored product/variation than ordered, we will refund the full amount paid for the product.

- If you receive a defected or damaged product, we will refund the full amount paid for the product.

Shipping process starts after we process your order, more precisely, at the moment we issue you a tracking number.


Our policy lasts 5 days from the moment you receive your product. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the proof of product defect (size, color, damage etc.). To be eligible for a refund your product should not be used or damaged by you or any 3rd party.


To initiate the refund you need to email us at stating the reason why you want to initiate a refund. Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and provide you with all the details and further instructions.

Please note: Your refund will be processed IMMEDIATELY after our support team approves it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you open a dispute in the Resolution Center through PayPal, the item will have to be sent back to our supplier and we will need to wait for the item to arrive back to the factory, and only then we will be able to process your refund.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or your original method of payment account. Then contact your credit card company or original method of payment account support, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


- We are using PayPal as our payment processor, which means that you are eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection as an extra level of security.

- Our products are handled by different suppliers and warehouses so it may happen that you receive some products separately in the case when you order multiple items from the shop.

- In certain cases, the shop and buyer can agree for a refund issued in-store credits.

- Once processed, your order cannot be changed. It usually takes between 1 and 3 business days for an order to be processed, after which we start the shipping process. If you made a mistake while ordering a product, please urgently contact us at or via the live chat button on our website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the situation in which you need to send the product back occurs (PayPal dispute). If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
